Does It Really Matter What or How we Eat?

Cooked.  Raw.  Steamed.  Genetically Modified.  Processed.  Meat or no Meat – does it really matter what or how we eat?  Is there really a consequence in our food choices?

I invite you to come along with me and discover what our diet can do for – or against – us.

Education is Key

We know that for some, a raw vegan diet works wonders and they would never give it up.  We’ll discuss this with some of the most prominent raw foodists such as John Kohler at OKRaw.  Others find that a primarily fresh diet along with fish, brown rice and a rare chicken, is all it takes to feel great.  We will discuss these views as well with such authorities as Dr. Mercola.

In addition, we will discuss in great depth the issues surrounding genetically modified organisms, CAFO’s (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation), vaccinations, skin care and anything else we put in or on our bodies..

We believe that there is not any one way for all of humanity, but that we each must find what works best for us.  As a result, this site will provide the information – you make up your own mind.  But, please be aware, there are some things you really do need to know and avoid when it comes to what we’ve come to refer to as “food”.

We will get all the information available so you can make the best choice for each of you.

We encourage you to make your own health care decisions based upon your own research and in partnership with a qualified health care professional, hopefully an osteopathic physician.  According to the American Osteopathic Association, doctors of osteopathic medicine regard the body as an integrated whole and search for the cause rather than treating for specific symptoms only, where medical doctors are primarily symptom only orientated and seldom search for cause. If you need help finding a DO in your area, here’s a directory.
